The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate technologist to join our Data Analysts team and help our company and customers unlock their data's full value.
The successful candidate will interact with both internal technology and business stakeholders and external top-tier financial clients, gather insights from data, model data, design, and create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client reporting processes, collaborating with Product and Relationship Management to enhance the company's standard reporting suite, and addressing the custom needs of top-tier enterprise clients.
• Supervise the data modelling pipeline to ensure high-quality single source of truth datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain Analytical Dashboards for internal and external use. Make Proxymity data visible using visualization tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the platform contains essential data to produce results requested by the business and clients. Transform reporting and BI needs into technical specifications.
• Analyze data to discover trends, identify patterns and insights. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and enhance performance.
• Design and implement efficient, secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical facets.
• Adhesion to software development methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with data driven analysis and research.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, Looker).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with industry best-practices for software development, including CI/CD methodologies, source control (e.g. GIT), and tooling
• Understanding of Datawarehouse technologies and ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• Analytical mind coupled with business acumen
• High attention to detail, organized, thorough, and methodical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with AWS ecosystem
