Role: Data Analyst on the Data Science Integrations Team

As a key member of the Data Science Integrations team at Constructor.io, you are the backbone of ensuring our product discovery platform consistently outperforms the competition. This role involves managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring data quality, and verifying the seamless integration and tracking needed for our advanced algorithms to deliver optimal results. By collaborating with some of the top e-commerce enterprises globally, you'll be instrumental in scaling effective A/B testing and refining our systems for maximum efficiency and impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and conduct data exploration to better understand user behavior and improve our search and recommendation algorithms.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines for delivering essential business insights, as well as suggest and execute UX/UI enhancements.
  • Provide analytical insights to merchandisers, aiding in effective decision-making to optimize outcome evaluations.
  • Support the Customer Success team in delivering top-tier service by equipping merchandisers with the needed insights during the integration phase.
  • Ensure the flawless integration of new customers, providing robust data tracking to support our data-driven models.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in BI tools, with a knack for translating technical details into business-friendly communications and vice versa.
  • Adept in SQL, Python (including libraries like pandas & numpy), and ideally familiar with big data technologies such as Spark, Presto/Athena, and Hive.
  • Experience with statistical analysis (especially A/B testing), data visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills with a focus on rapid prototyping and strategic data evaluation in the e-commerce domain.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of maintaining effective collaboration across varied organizational levels.
