Job Purpose

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide insights that support business decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include data collection, analysis, reporting, and making strategic recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Synthesis: Gather and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain data pipelines to streamline the data collection process.

Advanced Analysis: Conduct complex analyses across various data sources to inform strategic plans and support flawless execution across diverse regions. Lead category reviews combing operator and consumer data to strategize on product assortment, innovation, and promotion.

Business Intelligence Mastery: Utilize BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to create impactful visualizations. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and expand your expertise in data structures.

Additional Duties: Engage in strategic thinking, project management, and operational optimization. Work collaboratively across teams to support new product innovations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required. Demonstrated knowledge in BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, and data visualization is essential.
