About Our Team

Workday's high-performance Revenue Operations team is committed to scaling our revenue from $4B to $10B. Within this team, the RevOps Insights and Innovation group plays a crucial role by delivering thought leadership and unique insights that propel our business forward.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our Data, Measurement & Growth team in the Revenue Operations, Insights and Innovation unit. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Enterprise Data Analytics, Global Revenue Insights, Insight & Innovation Strategy, Business Technology, and Business Intelligence. You will be responsible for data management, measurement, reporting, and statistical testing, ensuring operational excellence, leadership visibility, and support for ad hoc data requests. This position is pivotal in identifying data gaps and supporting effective decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance data measurement and reporting methodologies.
  • Conduct statistical testing and experimentation to support informed decision-making.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • At least 2 years in sales operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of B2B tech stack technologies, including CRM and data warehousing.
  • Python knowledge is a significant plus.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
