About the Allegro SMART! Team

Established in 2018, Allegro SMART! is one of the largest and highest-rated loyalty programs in Poland. This exciting project offers millions of customers perks like free deliveries, free returns, and much more. As we embark on a new phase of innovation and growth, we're expanding both domestically and internationally.

We're looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to help shape this strategic loyalty program and drive key growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Be part of the analytical team supporting the Smart! loyalty program.
  • Gather information and prepare detailed business and operational analyses.
  • Forecast the impact of new business solutions and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Create actionable reports and visualizations to monitor ongoing projects.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including user behavior and market trends.
  • Work closely with product managers to define KPIs and develop metrics for product success.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies like Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Data Studio, and more.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an independent role.
  • Possess the ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Are proficient in SQL (knowledge of Python is a plus).
  • Understand data visualization techniques and tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Have strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Can identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving.
