Join Our Team as a Data Analyst & Sales Coordinator at Marriott International

Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptive Data Analyst & Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant Sales and Marketing team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing sales data using various software tools, including the Delphi system. Your key responsibilities will include entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying crucial sales information such as commissions and leads.

As a central figure in the sales team, you will monitor and ensure optimal use of the Delphi tool, maintaining compliance with all procedures. Your expertise will also extend to preparing detailed market research reports and managing databases and electronic filing systems that support our sales and marketing efforts.

Additionally, you will perform general office duties to aid the Sales & Marketing team, encompassing everything from filing and emailing to preparing and reviewing important documents. Your role will not only focus on technical tasks but also on fostering robust working relationships within the team and contributing positively to guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of one year related experience.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: Not necessary.
