Your Role and Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Data Analyst, you will:

• Master your domain by understanding customer needs thoroughly, ensuring you’re solving the right problems with well-crafted solutions.
• Serve as an Analytics Data Expert, encapsulating business logic in our data warehouse and elevating our data models and database designs.
• Promote and enforce high standards in documentation, data quality, and coding practices within the team.
• Create data-driven stories that aid in strategic decision-making and drive business success.
• Inspire and lead your team by embodying our core values and investing in robust, productive relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with dbt.
• Proven expertise in data modeling and understanding of database design principles (including star/snowflake schemas, data vault, and normal forms).
• Ability to convert complex data sets into compelling and understandable visual stories through dashboards.
• Experience delivering analytical solutions in cloud-based environments within agile frameworks. Familiarity with Snowflake and ERD design is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a knack for simplifying complex insights.
