What We Are Looking For

We seek a skilled Data Analyst with a strong technical foundation in:

• Data Models, Database Design, Development, Data Mining, and Segmentation Techniques.
• Proficiency with Reporting Packages (e.g., Business Objects), Databases (e.g., SQL), and Programming Languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Expert knowledge in Statistics and experience using Statistical Packages (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
• Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to Collect, Organize, Analyze, and Disseminate large volumes of information with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Query Formulation, Report Writing, and Presentation of Findings.
• Expertise in PowerBI and SQL Scripting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Conduct thorough data analysis and translate findings into clear and compelling visuals for managers and stakeholders.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of specific initiatives.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, maintain databases/data systems, and ensure data integrity.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
