Join our team at IQVIA as a Data Analyst, where you'll research and create a variety of complex global reference data for our global and national offerings. Your role will also involve assuring the quality of both global and local reference data across our worldwide network.

Educational Background

We prefer candidates with a BE or Master’s degree in Business Administration. However, we also welcome applicants with any degree coupled with prior work experience related to Business KPIs like sales, growth, and market share.

Principal Accountabilities

• Deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Sales/Rx/Patient data for US Supplier Services.
• Analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics, summarizing findings in various deliverable formats.
• Display strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in research and investigation.
• Proactively develop an in-depth understanding of relevant IQVIA proprietary databases, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
• Ensure proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists.
• Guarantee that deliverables are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and meet requirements.
• Respond effectively and promptly to ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders.
• Exhibit fast learning skills, with the ability to understand complex business questions and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Showcase strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Skill Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience with the development and administration of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
