Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst for Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our asset management capabilities. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess and data management skills to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improvements in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain asset management data using tools like Oracle, JDE, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and standardize asset-related data.
  • Facilitate the integration of asset data across systems and departments.
  • Manage and update asset register systems, ensuring data precision.
  • Identify data requirements and collaborate on system enhancements and data reporting strategies.
  • Generate crucial reports to support asset management decisions on various operational cycles.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and expertise specific to the role.
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management or Work Order Systems is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and its asset management functionalities (eAM) is beneficial.
  • Ability to create analytical reports using Power BI is a distinct advantage.
