Position: Data Analyst Manager, Assurance, Analytics Delivery (Multiple Positions)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational improvements and efficiency around the audit process.
  • Collaborate with Assurance teams to deliver comprehensive data analysis as part of audit services provided to clients.
  • Request, capture, transfer, transform, and prepare client data for analysis, integrating analytics into the audit.
  • Coordinate the development of industry-specific or custom analytical tools for audit teams.
  • Analyze complex data utilizing a suite of analytical tools.
  • Deliver analytics results in written and presentation formats.
  • Create work papers that document the engagement procedures performed concisely and organized.
  • Stay informed of analytics solutions, auditing, and accounting standards that affect analyzed business processes.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 4 years of related work experience.
  • 4 years of experience with data analysis, including data capture and data transformation; ETL tools like Alteryx and visualization tools like Power BI.
  • 4 years of experience with analytical tools, including Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, JavaScript, or D3.js.
  • 4 years of experience with developing data visualization dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
  • 2 years of experience with financial business processes, working with audit teams and audit clients.
  • 2 years of project management experience with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • 2 years of experience with audit data analytics.
  • 2 years of experience with writing and presenting findings to various stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience using database management software, statistical and predictive machine learning software, robotic process automation, and AI.
  • 2 years of experience in cloud computing, including Microsoft Azure platform and Microsoft Azure Databricks.
  • 2 years of experience with ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle and ERP data models.
  • Requires domestic travel up to 20% to serve client needs.
