THE POSITION We are thrilled to offer this exciting role within a vibrant and forward-thinking team. We are looking for a data analyst to assist with data collection and collation for critical product trials and product development projects. At AHV, we acknowledge the importance of having data-driven solutions, and we foresee this position being filled by a candidate who is as passionate about data collection and product development as we are. This role will provide the chance to form relationships with key team members and collaborate with different departments at AHV, allowing the enhancement of knowledge in the agricultural industry and development of data analysis skills. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Gathering data from on-farm product trials and compiling it in appropriate formats - Assisting with generating data reports and identifying trends - Keeping data sets organized and up to date - Collaborating with various departments within AHV to finish tasks to a high standard - Assisting with the development of data handling processes and identifying improvement opportunities Qualifications and Essential Criteria - Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or a related scientific subject - Experience in collecting and processing data - Interest in trial work and product development - Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desirable Criteria - Experience in the agriculture industry - Ability to confidently work with farm animals and assess basic performance indicators for data collection purposes Benefits OUR OFFER: - Competitive salary - Challenging position with plenty of room for initiative and development - Open and informal working atmosphere and supportive, enthusiastic colleagues - Casual dress code - Access to a company vehicle - Company mobile phone - Access to pension consultancy - Social events - On-site parking
