Job Description: Data Analyst at Digitas

Digitas, known as The Connected Marketing Agency, thrives on helping brands forge meaningful connections. We are currently seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our vibrant team. This role involves harnessing data-driven insights to drive strategic growth for our clients and working across social and web analytics to support marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and report on performance data daily, weekly, and monthly through various analytics platforms.
  • Create recurring reports and dashboards using diverse reporting systems and databases.
  • Participate in brainstorms to explore data nuances and optimize client business strategies.
  • Contribute to the full project lifecycle in marketing from crafting measurement plans to executing performance reporting.
  • Engage in internal training to expand your industry knowledge and skills.
  • Handle ad hoc analytical requests, including root-cause analysis, reporting, and data insights generation.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about digital marketing and possess:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in analyzing social media and online interactions.
  • Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Meltwater, Sprinklr, and Netbase.
  • Experience with Excel and any scripting languages for advanced data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent team collaboration abilities while being able to work independently and meticulously.
  • A degree from an undergraduate college.
  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a valuable asset.
