Job Description

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Data Analyst based in the Philippines. This role situates within our highly caffeinated playground where brilliant minds converge to produce award-winning ideas. As a member of the Data & Analysis team, you will use data-driven insights to propel strategic growth for clients and transform intriguing data into compelling stories that drive action.

What you will do:

  • Analyze social media and web analytics to support marketing strategies.
  • Create recurring reports and dashboards using a variety of systems and databases.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to optimize our clientele’s business through data nuances.
  • Support marketing initiatives from the planning to execution stages, covering measurement plans, research and performance reporting.
  • Expand your skills and knowledge through ongoing internal training and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Handle ad hoc analytical requests, providing insight and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with social media platforms and analytical tools (i.e., Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meltwater, Sprinklr).
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with scripting languages for advanced data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and a collaborative team player.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience with an undergraduate degree.
  • Proficiency in English & Tagalog.
