In this role, you will contribute to the Global Data Analytics COE's projects by actively collaborating with Business Relationship Managers, Data Engineers, Leaders, and business partners on large-scale projects. You will engage in custom-made analysis, business insights, dashboards, reports, data implementations, and visualizations. We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our distributed team and make meaningful contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy operational, strategic, and analytical reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards for the security of information and user access points when deploying Business Analytical solutions.
  • Support and maintain the analytics user experience, adoption, and release management cycle of dashboard/report content, administration, and user maintenance.
  • Ensure all procedural documentation is up to date.
  • Use standard customer engagement methods and tools for guided analytics, online training, and mentor end-users.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to drive automation, process improvements, and resource efficiency.
  • Analyze and propose solutions to complex problems using business and technical knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI standard and custom visual development, design, wireframing, storyboarding, and storytelling, with strong SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with SLDC or Agile Methodology using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer, Azure, Snowflake Cloud database, and ETL and data science applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerApps, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data modeling and schemas like normalized, flat, and star is preferred.
  • High digital literacy with desktop and cloud-based efficiency software such as Office365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Expertise in selecting the right dashboard design and deployment method for business requirements.
  • Certification in Power BI Desktop is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and with team members.
