Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, automate, and manage dashboards, analyses, and reports to aid various business units.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Design and manage data pipelines and queries within our data warehouse, ensuring data integrity as the primary source of truth.
• Assess key performance indicators (KPIs), carry out root cause analysis, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with business verticals for implementation.
• Evaluate operational processes and sales strategies to identify enhancements aimed at boosting efficiency and growth.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to advisor for all data-related queries and projects.
• Have direct discussions with the Head of BI on project viability and provide stakeholders with alternate solutions if projects are not feasible.

Decision Making & Stakeholder Involvement:

• Take charge of decision-making in familiar scenarios and escalate new or complex issues to the Head of BI.
• Facilitate rigorous stakeholder peer reviews focusing on data speed, accuracy, and overall satisfaction with the BI experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Python, R, and other statistical analysis or data visualization tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in analytics and process improvement initiatives will be advantageous.
• Demonstrate natural curiosity, exceptional analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and have a deep-seated passion for data.
• Ability to perform well both independently and within a team setting.
