Roles and Responsibilities
- Project management
- Understanding the project requirements
- Setting up clean programs to test survey logic
- Data processing and analysis
- Statistical analysis
- Suggesting project automation flow
- Assist in cross-team communication
- Participation in internal projects
- Participating in meetings with colleagues to understand their requirements
- Interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Problem-solving, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport in a team setting and establish solid credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written, and teamwork.
- Good Analytical and Logical Skills.
- Good Time management.
- A structured approach, process compliant while maintaining flexibility to meet client expectations.
- TOEIC 700 or above is preferred.
- A degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics is preferred.
- Familiarity with any one of SPSS, R, or SAS.
- Familiarity with VBA is preferred.
