Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business operational teams to collect and analyze business and/or functional requirements for Projects in Processes Digitalization and Business Intelligence.
• Develop and document current ("as is") and future ("to be") state processes, and assist in guiding the business towards implementing new solutions.
• Conduct functional and business analysis for projects involving RPA or other automation tools to improve and standardize processes.
• Create and implement dashboards and reports adhering to effective communication guidelines for key and end users.
• Develop necessary data models, data sets, and define data queries and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and process integration and automation projects, preferably with Power BI and Power Platform.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like SAP BI and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modelling logic and creating data marts for data analysis.
• Familiarity with DAX, M, SQL languages, and the Microsoft Power BI platform for data modelling, shaping, visualization, and management activities.
• Strong command of the Office 365 suite with advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Competency in using company IT tools and ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 10% of the time).
