Qualifications for Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and grammatical skills, proficient communication abilities in English, both verbal and written.
  • Salary Range: $29.06 - $45.06 per hour, determined by qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:

As a key member of our team, you'll conduct patient chart reviews supporting hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives, manage data collection and analysis, and spearhead accreditation and regulatory preparation efforts. This role demands flexibility, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent collaborative skills to maintain and manage ongoing survey readiness.
