Requirements As a Data Analyst, your main responsibility is to generate business intelligence through data analysis to provide insight and to gauge and optimize the effectiveness of marketing. Your tasks entail collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data employing recognised and best-practice methods, and making information accessible to agency planners and clients through illustrated graphs, tables, and reports that are easy to comprehend and relevant. In addition, you should coordinate with others in the agency to enhance data collection methods that support your main role; strive for improved data quality; standardize methods and exploit tools; simplify data management and analysis processes to make them more efficient. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating the work of other data-related roles. Responsibilities involve: Data: Utilize various types of data across platforms, including websites, social media, and eCRM to deliver business intelligence and value. Analysis: Identify correlations and trends by mining data to extract valuable information; forecast data using appropriate, best-practise analytical methods. Visualization: Display data in accessible visual formats, such as charts, graphics, and geographic mapping. Reporting: Create customized and regular reports that fulfill the business's need for key performance information and insights, tracking the performance and effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and segments, tailored for the audience. Data story-telling: Assist agency planners in developing the narrative from intelligence gleaned through analytical outputs. Capability development: Utilize the agency’s analytical and BI tools to make the correct data and insights available to wider agency stakeholders.
