This role is crucial for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data visualizations and dashboards using leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, among others.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and gather data requirements, ensuring precision and relevance in data used for visualizations.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data, analyze results, and generate ongoing reports.
• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to drive analytical strategies.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize information and operational needs.
• Discover and define new opportunities for process improvements.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Eligibility for an active Secret Clearance.
• CWF Certification or a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 6 years relevant experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in reporting packages (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (XML, Javascript, ETL frameworks).
• Proficiency in statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS) for data analysis.
• Exceptional query, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
