About the Role

The Data Analyst at EliseAI plays a critical role in steering data-driven decisions that significantly impact our growth and development. Your work will involve collaboration across various teams including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations/Finance, providing data insights that support product development, system understanding, and enhancing customer value propositions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex questions into actionable data investigations.
• Drive innovation through hypothesis generation on business operations, supported by thorough data analysis.
• In collaboration with Product and Engineering, define success metrics and maintain data integrity.
• Develop insightful analytics to drive business strategy across all levels, from operational tweaks to product optimization.
• Manage and optimize KPIs, dashboards for Sales and Operations teams.
• Enable executive decision-making through comprehensive data reviews and trend analysis.

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data analytics function.
• Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of Python or other programming languages.
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in our NYC office located at E 33rd Street and Park Ave.

Our compensation package is competitive, ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, tailored to your experience and skills.
