Data Analyst (DEA Accounting) Position at Quattro Consulting

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is actively seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our contract with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in a range of tasks essential for ensuring data integrity and compliance. Your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing all data imaging and indexing assignments.
  • Determining priorities and establishing production schedules.
  • Advising supervisors of scheduling and production problems.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing data indexing procedures.
  • Performing complex data selection, indexing, coding, and interpretation tasks.
  • Indexing data accurately from various sources.
  • Reviewing and inspecting work to assure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring quality control of completed jobs.
  • Maintaining records of work performed.
  • Interacting with government employees regarding work performed and job status.
  • Sorting and preparing incoming invoices and vouchers.
  • Managing digital filing systems for sorting, classifying, and retrieving data.
  • Performing quality assurance on scanned documents.
  • Conducting data entry services and resolving related issues.
  • Providing clerical services such as reviewing, verifying, validating, and tabulating data.
  • Preparing various materials including reports, folders, labels, and correspondence.
  • Answering and making phone calls related to assigned work.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Details

Expected Salary Range: $44,000 - $46,000

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers, phone, and printers).
  • Occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting, standing, talking, and hearing.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computer.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis including data imaging and interpretation.
  • Experience with data entry and administrative tasks related to data maintenance.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation, credit check, and drug screening.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
