Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Data Engineering team, you will:

  • Develop analytical solutions impacting both internal teams and external clients, focusing on areas like business development, patient engagement, and performance intelligence.
  • Manage, clean, and organize extensive datasets from diverse sources to enhance our analytical capabilities.
  • Design and execute statistical models to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver compelling visualizations and reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools like Metabase for clear communication of data insights.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to spearhead data-driven projects and innovations.
  • Enhance data pipeline reliability and accuracy through direct contributions and feedback.
  • Support our customer success teams with tailored data solutions and reports on demand.

Technologies We Utilize

You will work with advanced tools such as Python, SQL, dbt, AWS Redshift, Fivetran, Metabase, Apache Airflow, and more to drive analytical success at PatientIQ.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and adhering to deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in statistical analysis or machine learning and familiarity with medical data or electronic health records.
  • A background in a high-growth company or proficiency in other programming languages like Ruby.
