About the Role

We're seeking a remarkable Data Analyst to join the team, the person who will help increase the value we deliver through data across Plum, while promoting a robust data culture focused on self-service analytics.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary Product team, collaborating closely with other data disciplines, including other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.

What will you do

  • Act as a strategic partner and data expert in a Product area, helping the team understand, and estimate the impact of their work.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis that influences the trajectory of the Product roadmap.
  • Carry out data modeling and analysis of key concepts, KPIs, and patterns using dbt, BigQuery, and SQL.
  • Design interactive and informative dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders in Looker.
  • Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of new product features against KPIs.
  • Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to work on a modern Data platform (BigQuery, Looker, Python, dbt), surrounded by an eclectic team of excellent Data professionals focusing on areas like Product Analytics, Data Science, and Data & Analytics Engineering.

Who you are

  • You possess strong analytical intuition with a robust ability to solve intricate problems and extract actionable insights from data.
  • You show the ability to independently work on end-to-end analytical projects such as data analysis, in-depth dives, data modeling, and dashboarding.
  • You can collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing), translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • You value attention to detail and know how to strike a balance between quality and speed.
  • You're driven by impact, love a challenge, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You're team-oriented, eager to share your knowledge, and grow professionally.
  • Prior experience in Fintech, B2C digital businesses, and/or fast-paced start-up environments is appreciated.
