Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst Executive - Marketing Technologies to:

• Support in setting forward-looking OKRs and tracking current OKRs.
• Monitor Growth KPIs and predict future performance.
• Extract actionable insights to guide Marketing and Growth teams to meet strategic targets.
• Translate internal stakeholder briefs into analytical projects, including refining the brief, asking the right questions, working through potential hypotheses, and storyboarding the output.
• Identify patterns and areas in data signaling potential improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using BI & ETL tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into key research objectives.
• Proficiency in data mining across large and varied business areas, especially marketing priorities.
• Open-minded and curious about new technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
