As a key player in our Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Analysts to spearhead our efforts in optimising customer journeys across our digital platforms. Your role is critical in dissecting vast datasets to derive meaningful insights that shape user experiences across web and app interfaces.
Your daily tasks will involve rigorous analysis to understand user behavior across key pathways such as acquisition, commerce, registration, and subscription. You will leverage tools like SQL and Tableau to uncover what drives engagement, ensuring our product features resonate well with our audiences and meet business goals.
