Role Overview

As part of the Financial Efficiency Data Analytics team, you will enable Global Operations by partnering as an analytics thought-leader to tackle complex business challenges. Your role will be pivotal in developing investment strategies and analytics solutions that drive high-impact outcomes affecting billions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Engage deeply with various cross-functional teams, including Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering to boost operational efficiency. Leverage your expertise in data analytics to drive informed decision-making on operational spending, ROI, and budgeting efficacy. Your efforts will not only influence Meta's strategic direction but also optimize the community and business impacts of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.A./B.S. degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, etc.) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an analytics or strategic role. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other querying and scripting languages is a must, coupled with a proven ability to dissect complex problems and deliver impactful data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in trust & safety operations or similar online operational environments is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in developing SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks, and a deep familiarity with internet policy and regulatory frameworks will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $124,000/year to $176,000/year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Final individual compensation packages are tailored based on qualifications, skills, and location.
