The Role: Fintech Data Analyst

As a pivotal member of our expanding end-to-end Fintech Data Team, you will harness data to influence key decisions in Risk, Fraud, and Payment sectors. Collaborate with top-tier Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analysts to create solutions that power our services and lead industry standards.

Your Impact

Data Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to extract actionable insights, distinguish between transaction risks, and evaluate payment method metrics.
• Use advanced analytical methods to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Data Visualisation:

• Create detailed, insightful dashboards and utilize visualization tools to demystify complex financial data, bolstering strategic decisions.

Testing/Validation:

• Work alongside the Fintech and Data teams to design tests for new models and pipelines, ensuring their efficiency and accuracy.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning data projects with broader company objectives.

Who You Are

You are a driven problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a capacity to thrive in a vibrant, fast-moving environment. Your qualifications include:

• An academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, statistical tools like R or Python, and data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to address and solve complex problems.
• Excellent proficiency in Business English, with knowledge of data science models and data engineering being advantageous.
