Job Description

As a Data Analyst for B2C E-Commerce at Bosch, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, digital marketing, customer behavior, and website performance
• Generating and presenting clear, concise reports that summarize key findings to aid in decision-making processes
• Collaborating with the commercial manager and marketing managers to create and maintain automated reports and dashboards for e-commerce performance metrics
• Providing business insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and profitability of e-shops
• Assisting in collecting and organizing data from various sources, including web analytics tools, CRM systems, and external databases
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data through regular validation and cleansing processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• An understanding of B2C e-commerce operations and familiarity with common e-commerce metrics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Excel, and Power BI
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and understandably; proficiency in MS PowerPoint is essential
• A collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment
• A proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement improvements based on data analysis
• Fluency in English and Turkish
