Special Requirements

Applicants must be US Citizens with the ability to obtain Public Trust. Ideal candidates hold an active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust, EOD, or Top Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of hands-on Data Analytics experience are required.

Job Responsibilities

We seek a Data Analyst who can enhance our team with their data and technology expertise. The role involves:

  • Creating, managing, disbursing, and validating statistical reports from the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) and other government systems.
  • Importing and exporting data into Tableau with proficiency in R coding to present findings via dashboards and automate requirements where possible.
  • Participation in the evaluation and automation of redundant/manual processes, assessing technology solutions, and identifying digital transformation opportunities.
  • Utilizing UiPath software to create and implement robotic process automations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and over a year of hands-on Data Analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in UiPath or Power Automate.
  • A strong data mindset with the ability to perform data collection, research, and analysis on complex datasets.
  • Experience with R and/or RStudio programming software.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Skills in dashboard and report development, along with statistical analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in automating manual reports.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organized and detail-oriented, capable of staying on task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders, distill data into meaningful reports, and present data trends and insights effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to communicate strategic information to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Development processes.
