Amazon is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to enhance our Fulfillment Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our dynamic operations teams, contributing significantly to Amazon's efficiency and compliance with operational-related SOX requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, your main duties will include:
- Developing and optimizing data collection processes and management systems.
- Maintaining stringent data integrity with a 0% error rate goal.
- Designing complex queries, compiling data, and generating insightful reports using MS Access and Excel.
- Creating charts and graphs for data presentation and reporting purposes.
- Conducting in-depth research on defect trends to identify root causes and resolution strategies.
- Engaging in data collection and entry as necessary.
- Utilizing data mining skills to solve complex problems.
Work Location Flexibility
Candidates have the flexibility to be based out of Tepotzotlán, MEX, offering both personal and professional growth opportunities in a thriving environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with computer usage and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to physically manage lifting up to 49 pounds and adapt to varying physical demands of the job.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
