What You'll Do:

As a Data Analyst at Mercer, you will join a dedicated team of 20 professionals within our Technical and Offer Strategy unit. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, cleansing, and structuring important data.
• Developing processes for the effective delivery of statistical reports.
• Creating and maintaining decision support tools and data visualization graphics.
• Providing ongoing support to ensure existing tools are functional for recurrent use.
• Supporting internal Mercer teams by enhancing data accessibility.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Proficiency in database management and SQL querying.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, especially Excel, VBA, and SAS.
• Experience or familiarity with Qlik Sense modeling.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the insurance or health and welfare brokerage sectors.
