Job Location and Accessibility

The Data Analyst role is based in a vibrant, well-lit open space in Lyon, France, with quiet booths available, and extensive commuter links including bus and metro services. The office is fully accessible, equipped with elevators and ramps, dedicated parking, and a disability support coordinator to assist with any required accommodations.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst within our Data Management service, you'll play a pivotal role in handling data across diverse Operational Marketing projects for HI's international network.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing targeted marketing campaigns based on specific data requests.
• Programming to extract donor data meeting campaign criteria.
• Preparing targeted data files and conducting quality checks.
• Managing schedules and communications with various stakeholders.
• Producing and maintaining Power BI reports.
• Integrating and monitoring marketing data within our CRM system.

Requirements

You should have a background in Business Intelligence or Decisional Informatics, with at least 2 years of professional experience in BI / Decisional Informatics / SQL Development. Proficiency in Excel/Power BI is essential, and experience with data processing tools like SQL or Alteryx is advantageous. Candidates should be meticulous, numerically inclined, and proactive in cross-functional collaboration. Autonomous with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English is required.
