Requirements We are searching for a highly driven Data Analyst to work within our technical team, promoting efficiency through innovative solutions. Technology is essential to our continued growth, and you will be supported by and work alongside other engineers. On a daily basis, you'll take the lead on multiple projects, using your analytical skills to understand the briefs given and anticipate any potential technical issues. You will be involved in data retrieval and analysis, campaign management, and advertising platform support, among others. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Utilizing computer science and applications, statistical modeling, analytics, and math to solve problems Employing data mining to extract information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns Carrying out statistical data analysis from various perspectives, searching for trends and insights that highlight issues or opportunities Compiling reports and presenting them to management or clients Monitoring metrics and developing methods to enhance campaign performance Assisting with the setup and troubleshooting of the trading desk platform Understanding legacy code and executing programs Brainstorming for new ideas and technologies to improve development delivery Continuously updating technical and domain knowledge and skills Adhering to all best practices and procedures established by the company Knowledge, Skills, and Experience A 2:1 degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research or a related field Outstanding command of written and spoken English Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval Experience in Python-Statistical Programming or R (especially data science & analysis packages/libraries) Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau, etc) Experience with Linux infrastructures & shell scripting Knowledge and experience in machine learning and data visualization is preferable Knowledge and experience in digital advertising (e.g., demand-side platforms, sell-side platforms, Ad exchanges, etc) are preferable Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and confidently explain potential trends and opportunities You are: Communicative - Capable of effectively conveying your message by adjusting your style, tools, and techniques according to the audience and nature of information. Planner and Organizer - Capable of arranging and coordinating activities by considering all relevant aspects such as deadlines, resources. Flexible - Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations, with various individuals or groups.
