Job Description

What You’ll Champion:

Work closely with project managers and leads to understand their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics, KPIs, and providing actionable insights and dashboards to relevant decision-makers. Analyze data to answer key business questions with a focus on what drives business performance, and communicate areas for efficiency and productivity improvement. Develop, maintain, and review the requirements, design, and testing documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Business, and Analytic teams to assist with data-related issues and support their data transformation needs.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate will have:

• BS/MS/PhD in Business, IT, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
• Up to 3-4 years of relevant experience beyond initial degree.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Strong SQL skills for data analytics and a good understanding of statistics.
• An affinity for adopting design thinking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change, balancing speed, reliability, and interpretability.
• Good working knowledge of productivity tools such as G Suite, Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with code versioning, code review, and documentation.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Data Studio.
• Applicants with experience using Google Cloud Platform are highly favored.
