Job Description

The Enterprise Analytics team at Cintas is seeking a qualified Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data model creation, scalable analytics solutions, and insightful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and transform data for business queries
• Create foundational data models for analysts, data scientists, and leadership
• Deliver analytical insights to project teams and senior leadership
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements for data and analytics initiatives
• Drive the delivery of data-related projects
• Develop visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Integrate data from various sources or functional areas
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Interpret data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and deliver presentations
• Implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality
• Drive change management around our data strategy
• Promote a culture of data literacy

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience or a data-related bachelor's degree
• Experience with Data Visualization Software (Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Proficiency with SQL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with cloud solutions; Google preferred

Preferred

• DevOps and Git experience
• Experience with Cintas operations or sales support
