Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Data Analyst II to focus on user behavior reporting and analysis on our platforms. In this role, you'll be tasked with preparing insightful reports/dashboards, conducting in-depth data analysis, and optimizing reporting processes to drive strategic decisions in our Consumer Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
• Analyze member activity data across multiple channels and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Leverage analytic tools for comprehensive end-to-end customer behavior analysis to enhance user experience across our digital properties.
• Identify business trends and performance issues through rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Manage and troubleshoot data workflows, queries, and processes ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Work collaboratively with Data Engineering and BI teams to prioritize and resolve data issues, ensuring pristine data validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as math, engineering, economics, or statistics.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in a statistical/analytical role, preferably within an internet-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills capable of interacting effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is advantageous.
