Position Summary

As a Data Analyst II, you will be instrumental in driving project activities and tasks, supporting process updates, and solving business issues. This role requires expertise in data source identification, technical problem formulation, data visualization, data quality management, and exploratory data analysis.

You’ll Make an Impact By:

• Knowing and managing various categories of data and their storage locations.
• Utilizing database technologies and distributed datastores like SQL and NoSQL.
• Developing initial drafts of models and identifying business solutions using relevant analytical methodologies.
• Employing multiple data visualization tools such as Python, R libraries, GGplot, Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Creating appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes.
• Collaborating with User Experience designers and User Interface engineers to build front-end applications.
• Conducting data cleansing activities to improve data quality under supervision.
• Analyzing data to compute descriptive statistics and identify trends, outliers, and correlations.
• Using statistical techniques based on specific requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages like SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, or a related industry (e.g., retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce).
