As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the SwiftKey product by ensuring rapid and accurate data delivery.

About the Role

Our SwiftKey Data Team is at the heart of Microsoft's telemetry system. We handle daily client telemetry events—processing, analyzing, and storing data in centralized storages. You will help develop innovative dashboards that generate critical business and product insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance data visualization and generate impactful product insights.
• Analyze different features and partake in suggesting innovative ones for product implementation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of massive datasets to present actionable insights for a data-driven product cycle.
• Write and optimize data aggregation scripts using notebooks on Synapse.

Who You Are

We are looking for candidates who:

• Champion diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, proficient in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Possess extensive programming skills in Python or SQL, along with relevant analytical libraries.
• Are skilled in data wrangling with SQL or similar languages and comfortable in agile environments.
• Hold a degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or have equivalent industry experience.
