About This Role

We’re looking for a skilled and energetic IT professional to join our foundational data management team as a Data Analyst II, Product Master Data Steward. In this vital role, you will work to perform thorough data analysis and ensure the effective delivery of data solutions that adhere to both BMS protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive data stewardship tasks such as manual stewardship, bulk data ingestion, and source to master mapping.
• Execute product launches across multiple regions
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of Brand indications and Market Baskets within the product master.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, and external data providers to enhance data quality and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor master data quality and operational trends.
• Identify and implement initiatives for data cleanup, standardization, and automation to streamline business processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field—advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with expertise in pharmaceutical product data.
• Strong knowledge of master data management systems, particularly STIBO or equivalent, and proficient with SQL and a programming language like Python.
• Demonstrated competence in data stewardship and business operations with a keen understanding of business needs and data solution development.
