What You'll Do:

As a Data Analyst II, you will:

• Identify data sources and understand data categories.
• Utilize database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
• Develop initial drafts for simple models using appropriate data sets.
• Apply analytical methodologies to solve business problems.
• Use data visualization tools such as Python, R libraries, GGplot, Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Create graphical representations of data and model outcomes.
• Collaborate with UX designers and UI engineers on front-end applications.
• Conduct data cleansing to improve data quality and eliminate unused data.
• Use KDD tools and scripting languages like SQL, DB, SAS, Oracle, Apache Mahout, MS Excel, Python.
• Analyze data to identify trends, outliers, and correlations.
• Support statistical technique identification based on requirements.

Qualifications You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or related field OR 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau).
• 1 – 3 years of experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant industry experience (e.g., retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce).
