Position Summary

The individual will work on Enterprise Data Quality tools used across the company. This role is crucial in increasing the utilization of these tools in line with the defined service model across various BMS functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the data quality platform (including development, test, and production environments) during business hours.

- Ensure that required activities align with the standards of Enterprise Data Quality and Issue Remediation.

- Prior experience with on-premises and Cloud Data Quality (DQ) software support is necessary.

- Familiarity with DAMA, DCAM, and ALCOA principles is preferred.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Request Processing, data quality management, data profiling, data and quality tools needed.

- Must be able to write programs using SQL and/or Python.

- Setup and maintenance of Data Quality Environment and software

- Perform upgrades of data quality software

- Expand DQ system or increase processing power

- Regularly analyze and assess the health of the DQ platform

- Provide technical recommendations to support data verification needs

- Cooperate with platform managers and adhere to Enterprise Data Platform Standards, Procedures, and Policies.

- Create and maintain detailed work instructions for data quality platform and related software upgrades.

- Comply with standard data architecture consistently.

Required Experience:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Life Sciences or a similar industry supporting data platforms, data quality verification platforms, operational dashboards for data quality, and issue management.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in data management, data analysis, data ingestion, and working with non-technical stakeholders.

- 2 to 4 years of experience with Cloud data environments, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or other DQ tools/platforms.

- 2 to 4 years of experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau tools.

- Experience in application development lifecycle. Experience with the implementation or migration of data for enterprise-wide systems.

- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and identify critical issues.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, multitask, and make informed decisions with quality work and minimal risk.

- The ability to work effectively in a highly structured and multicultural workforce and build strong relationships by being transparent, reliable, and delivering on commitments.

- Excellent teamwork skills.

- Competence in managing competing priorities.
