About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT professional to join our foundational data management team. As a Data Analyst II in Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our NextGen Drug Master (NDM), an enterprise product MDM system. This position involves a blend of technical support, data analysis, and system integration tasks aimed at improving data quality and supporting commercial product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the NextGen Drug Master system functionality.
  • Handle technical operations for our MDM Hub including incident and problem management, system monitoring, and platform upgrades.
  • Integrate new data sources and contribute to the design and analysis to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with global teams and manage project deliverables across varied geographies.
  • Adhere to SOPs, change control processes, and Agile development practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in master data management, ETL development, and AWS services.
  • Expertise in coding and configuring using Stibo STEP or equivalent MDM tools.
  • Prior experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work on-call as needed and collaborate across multiple time zones.
