Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze user data to create insightful dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Data Ventures teams and stakeholders to drive data product initiatives.
- Focus on data enrichment to improve product efficiency, ensuring data health and safety.
- Partner across Walmart Digital Citizenship, Walmart Global Tech, and product teams to advocate for ethical data usage.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong skills in exploratory data analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Presto, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
- Experience with data quality tools and quality testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and data modeling concepts.
- Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, or statistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and scripting languages like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
