Job Description

Join us as a Data Analyst II, where you will play a pivotal role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and developing ongoing reports to advance our business objectives. Collaborate with our development, data science, and business intelligence teams to derive meaningful insights from data, aiding in the formulation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Employ complex data sets to identify trends, discern patterns, and uncover insights that propel business decisions.
  • Reporting: Craft and maintain regular reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important metrics.
  • Data Visualization: Generate impactful visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ascertain their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Data Quality: Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reports and analyses.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis and offer data-driven recommendations to support various business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python; experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker; proficient in statistical analysis methods and database management; and acquainted with leading-edge tools such as Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in an understandable manner.
