About the Role:

Rightway is seeking a full-time Data Analyst III to join our dynamic Data & Insights team. In this role, you’ll be key in creating impactful data analyses to demonstrate our company’s effectiveness to clients and strategic partners. Your contributions will support the development and execution of analytics, providing data-driven strategic insights and tailored analytical approaches in a pharmacy benefits setting. You will aid Rightway’s management, operations, and various internal departments by developing and delivering complex analytical solutions, including quarterly performance reviews and ad hoc client inquiries. Additionally, you will guide standards and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive analytics focused on engagement with Rightway’s application.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to offer actionable insights and refine scalable data processes.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to evaluate our clinical management programs and establish recurring efficacy measures.
  • Enhance Rightway’s analytical infrastructure by implementing data preparation tools and automated reporting solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, establishing standards and best practices.
  • Lead the creation of analytic frameworks and methodologies supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex data analysis results effectively to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Identify AI opportunities, understand key technical challenges, and recommend strategies for operationalizing solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency with SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling for large datasets.
  • 5+ years of experience with querying and analyzing pharmacy claims data.
  • Experience with data, analytics services within cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to guide standards, lead, and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Extra Skills:

  • Experience in the PBM space.
  • Proficiency with Python and dbt.
  • Experience with version control and hands-on AWS experience.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary (Before Commission Potential): $130,000
