Your Tasks

Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape by:

• Designing and developing data-centric products in close collaboration with the business and IT teams.
• Supporting and leading the development of cutting-edge projects and digital innovations.
• Driving digitalization initiatives within the Sales Business Unit and acting as a leader when required.-li>
• Analyzing market data from the energy and digital sectors to scout for new product and service opportunities.
• Enhancing the Innovation and Digitalization unit by analyzing industry trends and engaging in creative initiatives.
• Collaborating with both internal and external project teams to ensure project success.
• Translating business needs into practical data solutions—cleaning, preparing, documenting, and visualizing data to boost adoption.
• Conducting regular reports on development projects and ensuring all relevant team members are informed.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has a master’s degree in IT, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Possesses practical experience in a similar role, backed by a portfolio of successful projects.
• Is a proactive team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Is adept at managing changes and embracing new challenges with a focus on customer needs.
• Displays creativity, dedication, and a keenness to continuously learn and grow.
• Is proficient in English and French, with knowledge of Luxembourgish or German considered a valuable asset.
