About the Role

In your role as a Data Analyst Intern, you will be integral to our central team, enabling the spread of data-driven decision making across the organization. You will partner closely with our marketing, sales, finance, and product teams, working in an international, professional, and entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accessing and manipulating large datasets with SQL and Python to support sophisticated analyses.
• Designing and developing BI dashboards using Sisense or similar tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio) to visualize various organizational metrics and indicators, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Defining KPI metrics and driving data governance through standardization and constant communication.
• Distributing data insights via dashboards/reports or Google Sheets to various stakeholders.
• Enhancing analysis and reporting capabilities, while also monitoring performance and quality control plans for potential improvements.
• Engaging in data research and validation using both internal and external data sources.
• Working on the analysis, specification, testing, and implementation of data-based projects within the Reference Data environment.
• Contributing to the design, implementation, and interpretation of trials for continuous strategy refinement.

Your Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical packages and a solid foundation in statistics (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
