Role and Responsibilities

Mission:

• Weekly SCM KPI and Channel WOS analysis and reporting
• Maintaining GSCM system master data for users, customers, and channel sites, coordinating with teams such as SCM, Logistics, IT, and Finance
• Reporting IT VOC issues to ensure system and program problems are resolved efficiently
• Supporting various teams (Finance, IT, Marketing, Logistics) with data analysis and solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage new Process Innovation Projects aimed at optimizing operations and improving process efficiency
• Ensure the adoption and coordination of new operational processes or system changes align with HQ guidelines
• Conduct data accuracy checks and provide thorough data analysis

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bac +4/5 in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related fields. Ideal for candidates seeking an internship.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Korean is a plus.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in data analysis and statistics, preferably in Supply Chain
• Experience with Business Process Systems (BPS) is advantageous

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis, statistics, and mathematics
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems

Behavioral Skills:

• Open-mindedness in a multicultural work environment
